He has been working wide-ranging consulting, software sales, managed services engagements and in starting up companies. Rick combines the valuable skills of understanding customers' business problems with the ability of coming up with pragmatic solutions.

Andy has always been known to be at the leading edge of innovation, eager to adopt new technologies and business practices while trying to keep things simple and practical at the same time. Ever since 2000 when he moved to the Asia-Pacific region, Andy has been working on bringing state-of-the-art solutions to customers and partners.
